We hope you love your new My Latin Lady purchase. Your new shoes are hand-made and go through extremely strict quality assurance process both in Brazil and in the UK.
In which cases can I exchange or return my shoes?
1. Faulty items
In the unlikely event of your new shoes being faulty, please return them to us with your receipt, in unused condition and with original packaging within 14 days of delivery, with a covering letter with details on why you believe there is a fault. Please also include your name, address and a daytime contact number and we will happily exchange them for you where available, otherwise a similar item product will be offered to you. We are also happy to offer you a refund.
We recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit. Should a fault be found, postage costs will be refunded.
2. Wrong size
We do not offer a fitting service, so please check the size guide page prior to purchasing and ensure your footwear is entirely suitable before use.
If you need to exchange your shoes to a different size, please return them to us with your receipt, in unused condition and with original packaging within 14 days of delivery, with a covering letter with details on what size you need. When posting your item, please ensure you use a tracked service as we aren’t responsible for any items lost in transit to us. Postage on your replacement items will be charged.
3. Change of Heart
If, for any other reason, you decided to return your shoes, we will offer you a full refund as long as return them to us with your receipt, in unused condition and with original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit.
